It was interesting to see this one in a cooking show. Makes it curious for kids. Watch out...turns out little watery...so mix it just before steaming and serve with a bowl. Veggie Pockets

Easy Dessert (rice/coconut/jaggery)

Very quick dessert, turns little thick, so ended up adding lots and lots of water. And also it gives so much quantity, so make with little rice. Tastes similar to paal kuzhakattai. Please top with roasted cashews. I din't add it this time. Here are the detailed pictures... Easy Dessert
