Recently I found this one from foodie.com, I have been wanting to use this bean due to its high protein content, but takes a while to cook. Now I know to cook it in my tiny cooker, presoaked and cook for 15mins! Mix your favorite salad veggies with the cooked bean, top it with lemon juice, salt. Something to spice up if you need it to be spicy. Just 2 pics:
