Avocado dip or salad

One of my all time hit recipes...most of you would have had it at my place with the tostitos scoops. Unfortunately I din't have it this time, so used the Trader Joes' flax seed one and Ritz biscuit. Avocado Salad

Note: Avocados will turn color like apple, so please make sure you have lemon juice when you make it.
