Radish Chutney

The word Raddish reminds everyone of smell! (good or bad!!!!!). Trust me, this recipe doesn't have the smell of raddish and it is very yummy & healthy. Source for this recipe...my cousin from Australia..she does chutney out of any veggie you name it! Radish Chatni

Masaala Idli

A recipe from Vijay TV's Samayal Samayal! It would have been easier to make it in the regular idli vessel instead of tumblers. I liked the flavor due to the masaala..it was yummy! First blog recipe from my new kitchen. Masala Idly

Paal Kuzhakattai

Altast a sweet recipe after a long time! Liked this one except that it turned out very very sweet. For those of you in the US, I would suggest using less jaggery as the coconut milk also adds the sweetness.Paal Kozhukattai
Look forward for the next recipe..Sabhudhana upma kind...my favorite.....

Veggie Bread Roll

This was a good one too.....a filling appetizer, so you may want to make a lighter meal after this one. Got it from Vijay TV. You could alternate the stuffing with whatever veggies you like. Wanted to try this in oven, but was running short of time, so deep fried.

Tomato Kulambu/Kurma!

One of my favorite kulambu. It's normally made thick, but I make it semi-liquid kind and it goes well with idlis, dosas, rice, etc. Here are the detailed pictures..... Tomato Kulambu
